My buddy Ben has been trying to attract a swam into his hive for a while, but he seemed like he wasn’t having any luck. But as luck would have it, a swarm finally found the unoccupied hive and decided to move in!
I had arrived on site a little bit ahead of him that day, and there was 50ish bees just circling around checking it out. A little while later we came back from going to town, and found the back porch to be ground zero of the descending swarm!!
