Bought my first smoker!
Been wanting a smoker for years, and I finally broke down and got one. For the first run, I did a big pack of bacon just to season the smoker with lots of bacon grease. Leaned about time commitments 🙂

A Wonderful Christmas 2017
Christmas 2017 was quite enjoyable, from out tree and fireplace, to going to to visit mom and dad in Houston. Dad and I played a game of chess, and it only took 44 years for me to finally beat him.
